The only tag worth
wearing is Human Tag
In life, people are constantly labeled by how they look, where they come from, their ethnicity, accent, background, or perceived ability. Long before a résumé exists, assumptions are made and categories are assigned.
Work didn't invent labeling. It simply continued it. Organizations tag people as high potential, future leader, or specialist. While structure is necessary, development often becomes standardized, abstract, and detached from the real human being behind the label.
HumanTag exists to challenge that reality, developing human capability in a way that is personal, relevant, and grounded in real life, not stereotypes or checklists.
